What was the highlight of Moxy Amsterdam Houthavens
Overall, it was a good experience, but I wish they had provided some kind of guide or manual
It was clean room and cool view
There was no information about the breakfast, so I couldn’t have it. Also, I received some kind of coin(?) for which I paid 25 euros, but I couldn’t get a refund or find a chance to use it. I couldn’t clearly understand the details about the coin because the explanation was too fast. These were the things I found disappointing about the hotel.

Overall good stay
Very nice decor, comfortable bed and pillows. Location amazing.The lady who checked us in was duper friendly. The parking was great. The luggage hold until you can check in was great.
The service of specifically the bar staff left a lot to be desired. Kitchen closing at twenty minutes past 9 was a bit interesting. Then there are a few small things in the room, mold on the curtain, the ceiling clearly fixed, but not finished off properly, marks on the walls, bathroom tiles with black mold. Not really 4 star...

What was the highlight of Moxy Amsterdam Houthavens
A great choice of Hotel but a little out of the way from the city
I really enjoyed the breakfasts, nice range to choose from, so all tastes catered for. I liked the decor, different but effective, helpful staff and all the required facilities in the room. Nice and quiet and a great view from the large window, massive flat screen TV and nice comfortable bed. Would be a great location in the Summer!
Wall round the window in my room could maybe be redecorated or cleaned and would prefer a chair with a backrest in the room, rather than beanbag type cushions or padded stool but it's OK as I never needed a seat. When I stayed it was November so very wet and walking to the nearest bus stop, you had to be careful in the dark that you didn't walk in the mud as the route involved an approach road being resurfaced, and streets aren't well lit. But I think that's soon to be sorted out.
